We are lucky to have a wide range of industrial space to offer, from 1,000 square foot workshop type units to 100,000 squ ft manufacturing space. Units have large secure compounds, their own toilet and canteen facilities whilst access is available to enjoy the facilities of the services offices. The site has its own sub-station so there is no storage of electrical capacity. Short term or long term leases are available subject to our Clients preferences.
